بررسی اثر سطوح کاهشی پروبیوتیک بیوپل بر اساس سن بر عملکرد، سیستم ایمنی و مورفولوژی روده جوجه های گوشتی

چکیده

آزمایشی بهمنظور بررسی اثر مصرف سطوح کاهشی پروبیوتیک بیوپل براساس سن بر عملکرد، سیستمایمنی و مورفولوژی روده باریک جوجه‌هایگوشتی انجام گردید. به این منظور تعداد 256 قطعه جوجهگوشتی 1 روزه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4تیمار شامل: 1) شاهد، 2) سطوح 300 (1 تا 10 روزگی)، 200 (11 تا 24 روزگی)، 100 (25 تا 42 روزگی) گرم در تن خوراک از پروبیوتیک بیوپل، 3) سطوح150 (1 تا 10 روزگی)، 100 (11 تا 24 روزگی)، 50 (25 تا 42 روزگی) گرم در تن خوراک از پروبیوتیک بیوپل، 4) سطح ثابت 300 گرم در تن خوراک از پروبیوتیک بیوپل انجام شد. در پایان هیچ کدام از تیمارهای پروبیوتیکی تأثیری بر مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک مصرفی نداشتند. اثر تیمارها بر درصد هماتوکریت خون معنیدار بود (05/0>P) به طوری که تیمار دوم بیشترین درصد هماتوکریت را به خود اختصاص داده بود. تیتر آنتیبادی تولید شده علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند تحت تأثیر تیمارهای پروبیوتیکی قرار نگرفت. در ناحیه دئودنوم به طور معنیداری (05/0>P) سلولهای گابلت روی ویلی و همچنین تعداد سلولهای گابلت در هر 100 میکرومتر از طول ویلی تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار گرفت (01/0>P)، بهطوری که بیشترین تعداد سلول گابلت و سلولهای گابلت روی ویلی در تیمار شاهد مشاهده شد. ضخامت ویلی در ناحیه ایلئوم تحت تأثیر تیمارهای اعمال شده به طور معنیداری (01/0>P) تغییر کرد، بهطوری که بیشترین ضخامت ویلی در تیمار شاهد مشاهده شد، درحالی که بین سایر تیمارهای پروبیوتیک اختلاف معنیدار وجود نداشت.
