چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائة مدل بهبود کیفیت زندگی کاری با تاکید بر سازگاری روان‌شناختی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات توصیفی می‌باشد که از منظر هدف، جز مطالعات کاربردی است که به صورت میدانی انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعة آماری پژوهش، شامل کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی‌ایران بود که طبق آمار کارگزینی تعداد آنها ۹۱۴ نفر می‌باشند که از این تعداد، بر اساس فرمول کوکران ۲۷۰ نفر به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسش‌نامة سازگاری روان‌شناختی بل (1961) و پرسش‌نامة کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (1973) بود. تمامی‌روند تحلیل پژوهش، در غالب نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخة 20 و پی.ال.اس نسخة سه انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که سازگاری روان‌شناختی سبب تاثیرگذاری بر وضعیت کیفیت زندگی کاری دارد. به عبارتی تلاش در جهت بهبود سازگاری روان‌شناختی می‌تواند زمینه جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی کاری را فراهم نماید.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to provide a model for improving the quality of work life with an emphasis on psychological adjustment. The present research is a descriptive research that from the perspective of the purpose is one of the applied research that was conducted in the field. The method of the present study is a survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study included the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. According to the recruitment statistics, there are 914 people, of which 270 people were randomly selected as a sample according to Cochran's formula. Bell (1961) and Walton (1973) Quality of Work Life Questionnaire. The whole process of research analysis was performed in the form of SPSS software version 20 and PLS version 3. The results of the present study showed that psychological adjustment has an effect on the quality of work life. In other words, trying to improve psychological adjustment can provide a basis for improving the quality of work life.
