چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه طراحی الگوی توسعه پایدار در ورزش زنان بود. روش تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی و سیستماتیک انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری شامل دو بخش جامعه انسانی (مدیران، اساتید، مربیان، و ...) و جامعه اطلاعاتی (کتاب‌ها، مقالات، اسناد، رسانه‌ها، و ...) بود. نمونه گیری به تعداد قابل کفایت بر مبنای رسیدن به اشباع نظری به صورت قضاوتی انجام شد (24 نفر و 76 نسخه). ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه‌های اکتشافی چارچوب‌دار بود. روایی ابزار براساس اعتبار حقوقی و علمی نمونه آماری، نظر خبرگان و ضریب توافق بین مصححان کدگذار ارزیابی و تایید گردید. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری چندمرحله‌ای استفاده شد. چارچوب پژوهش شناسایی شده در مدل شامل چهار سطح کلی و متوالی؛ اکوسیستم (2 منظر، 5 بُعد و 20 مولفه)، راهبرد (3 منظر، 10 بُعد و 29 مولفه)، عملکرد (3 منظر، 11 بُعد و 43 مولفه) و پیامد (2 منظر و 8 مولفه) بود. ماهیت ارتباط بین متغیرها در مدل براساس روابط علی- معلولی و تحلیل سیستمی مشخص شده است. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت که توسعه پایدار ورزش زنان از تعامل نظامند و برآیند مولفه‌های در منظرهای شش گانه شکل می‌گیرد و هدف نهایی دستیابی به توسعه پایدار ورزش زنان جهت ارتقای کارکردهای آن است.
