تأثیر دو نوع تمرینات اصلاحی رایج و NASM بر زاویه Q داینامیک و حس وضعیت دانش‌آموزان دختر دارای ژنووالگوم

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: ژنووالگوم، منجر به ایجاد تغییراتی در ساختار و عملکرد عضلات اطراف زانو، حس عمقی، عملکرد عصبی - عضلانی و کنترل اندام تحتانی می‌شود. از این‌رو، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر تمرینات اصلاحی رایج و NASM بر زاویه Q داینامیک و حس وضعیت دانش‌آموزان دختر دارای ژنووالگوم بود.
روش بررسی: 45 نفر دانش‌آموز دختر 16-12 سال دارای ژنووالگوم، به‌طور داوطلبانه در تحقیق شرکت کردند و با همگن‌سازی به گروه تجربی یک (رایج) و گروه تجربی دو (NASM) و یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های تجربی هشت هفته تحت تمرینات اصلاحی رایج و NASM قرار گرفتند. در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون، زاویه Q داینامیک و حس وضعیت مفصل زانو مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آمار توصیفی، آزمون t همبسته، تحلیل واریانس و تست تعقیبی توکی در سطح معناداری 05/0 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که تمرینات اصلاحی رایج و NASM در پس‌آزمون منجربه کاهش زاویه Q داینامیک شد ولی تفاوت معناداری بین سه گروه جود نداشت اما با مقایسه میانگین‌ها، در گروه NASM نسبت‌به رایج کاهش بیشتری مشاهده شد. همچنین، تأثیر هر دو نوع تمرین در پس‌آزمون بر حس وضعیت معنادار بود و بین سه گروه تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت که از نظر میانگین، فقط بین گروه NASM و کنترل تفاوت معنادار مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده، هر دو نوع تمرین منجربه بهبود زاویه Q داینامیک و حس وضعیت شدند ولی تأثیر تمرینات اصلاحی NASM بیشتر بود. از این‌رو، توصیه می‌گردد در بهبود ژنووالگوم از هر دو نوع تمرین به‌ویژه تمرینات اصلاحی NASM استفاده شود
