چکیده

همه­گیری کووید-19، یک بحران غیرمعمول بهداشت جهانی است که با گسترش سریع در سراسر جهان و مرگ و میر چشمگیر ناشی از آن همراه بوده است. در چنین شرایطی متخصصین بهداشت به ویژه پرستاران نقشی حیاتی ایفا می­کنند. تاب‌آوری آن‌ها در طی همه­گیری نه تنها برای ادامه کار در شرایط بحرانی و مراقبت همه جانبه از بیماران، بلکه برای کنترل شیوع بیماری بسیار مهم است. پژوهش حاضر به منظور کشف و بررسی متغیرهای روان‌شناختی و سازمانی مؤثر بر تاب‌آوری و ادامه کار پرستاران در شرایط بحرانی و استرس­آور پاندمی در سال 1399 صورت گرفته است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده­ها کیفی می­باشد. جامعه پژوهش حاضر پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های مختص به بیماران مبتلا به ویروس کرونا در مشهد و بجنورد می­باشند. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند انجام گرفت.  با 15 نفر از پرستاران از طریق مصاحبه‌ نیمه­ساختاریافته و عمیق- با رعایت فاصله‌گذاری اجتماعی و استفاده از وسایل ارتباط جمعی، اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از طریق روش تحلیل چارچوبی که مشتمل بر پنج مرحله است صورت گرفته است. با توجه به اطلاعات گردآوری شده از بین متغیرهای روان‌شناختی، انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی و هوش معنوی بر تاب‌آوری پرستاران نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای داشته‌اند و در بین متغیرهای سازمانی، تعهد سازمانی (تعهد عاطفی، تعهد مستمر، تعهد هنجاری) نقش برجسته‌ای در میزان تاب‌آوری پرستاران داشته است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه‌های صورت گرفته، هوش معنوی، انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی و تعهد سازمانی منجر به تاب‌آوری پرستاران شده است و از طرف دیگر نبود کیفیت زندگی کاری مناسب در شرایط پاندمی مانعی برای ادامه کار پرستاران ایجاد نکرده است و با وجود شرایط بحرانی و کمبود امکانات بهداشتی و روان‌شناختی به کار خود ادامه داده­اند که نشان می‌دهد مؤلفه‌های درونی و معنوی نقش تعیین کننده‌ای در تاب‌آوری پرستاران در شرایط بحرانی، بخصوص در دوران پاندمی کووید-19، ایفا می‌کنند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction
The COVID-19 pandemy is an extraordinary world health crisis, with its rapid spread over the world, which associated with too much mortality. In this situation, healthcare professionals have a vital role. Their resilience during COVID-19 pandemy is crucial not only for continuous and safe patients care but also for control of any outbreak. The present study was conducted to Identify and discover the psychological and organizational variables affecting resilience in nurses in critical and stressful pandemic conditions in 2020. This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of data collection.
 
Method
The study population included nurses working in hospitals designated for patients with coronavirus in Mashhad and Bojnourd cities. Sampling was done purposefully and data was collected from 15 nurses through in-depth semi-structured interviews by observing social distance and using the mass communication means. The interview was conducted to analyze the data using the framework analysis method consisting of five steps.
 
Results
According to the data collected from psychological variables, psychological flexibility and spiritual intelligence have played a decisive role in nurses' resilience, and among organizational variables, organizational commitment (emotional commitment, continuous commitment, normative commitment) has played a prominent role in nurses' resilience.
 
Discussion
According to the results of interviews, spiritual intelligence, psychological flexibility, and organizational commitment have led to the resilience of nurses. on the other hand, the lack of proper quality of work-life in pandemic conditions has not created an obstacle for nurses to continue their efforts. And despite the critical situation and the lack of health and psychological facilities, they have continued to work which shows that the inner and spiritual components play a decisive role in nurses' resilience in critical situations.
