چکیده

جدال واقعیت و تخیل از دوران باستان تا به امروز به اشکال مختلف بروز و ظهور داشته است. بر مبنای این دوگانگی، تخیل چیزی مقابل واقعیت تجربی قلمداد می­شود که تنها قادر است احساسات آدمی را برانگیزد و با دلالتی ضمنی به چیزهایی اشاره کند که ساخته و پرداخته­ی ذهن آدمی است و نقشی در شناخت ما ندارد. این جدال یکی از محوری­ترین بحث­های پل ریکور را شکل می­دهد. او می­کوشد تا با نقد و تحلیل نظریه­های پیشین از این تقابل فراتر رفته و تأکید خود را بر وجة کارکردی تخیل و نفوذ آن در واقعیت بگذارد. پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است تا با کاوش در نوشته­های مختلف ریکور چهارچوبی از تحلیل او به دست دهد تا از این طریق نشان دهد چگونه تخیل در ساخت و پرداخت واقعیت نقشی عمده ایفا می­کند. از این رو، نخست با تکیه بر آرا و نقدهای ریکور چرخش زبانی او در بحث تخیل را شرح می­دهیم و سپس به کارکردها و پیامدهایی می­پردازیم که از پس این ساز و کار زبانی آشکار می­شوند. این کارکردها که می­توان آنان را تألیف شاکله­ساز و طرح­افکنی معناهای ممکن نامید در سه گام تشریح می­شوند. در این مسیر، می­توان دید چگونه شاکله­ای بوطیقایی با ابداع معنای تازه تصویری خلق می­کند که با ارجاع غیر مستقیم خود به واقعیت از آن آشنایی­زدایی می­کند. در انتها نیز اشاره می­کنیم که این فهم تازه از واقعیت چه تأثیری در نگرش ما به جهان دارد.

چکیده [English]

Imagination is most traditionally assumed as something that is a contradiction of reality. Accordingly, it is considered as a faculty that is merely able to evoke our emotions and feelings and implies unreal things that do not contribute to cognition. This is one of the most important themes of Paul Ricoeurˊs theory. By analyzing and criticizing other theories, he tries to go over this contradiction and emphasizes the functional aspect of imagination and its contribution to reality. By exploring through various texts of Ricoeur, in order to achieve an organized framework, this article seeks to show how imagination can play a main role in the construction of reality. Therefore, by taking up Ricoeurˊs claims, first of all, we explain his verbal turn which has two functions and also significant consequences. These functions include schematizing synthesis and projecting new meanings, which elaborated on three levels. In this way, it can be seen how a poetic schema creates a picture by inventing a new meaning, which indirectly refers to reality and hence defamiliarizes it. Finally, we try to point out the most key consequences of this new understanding.
