بررسی نقش طرح واره ناسازگار، صفات شخصیت در پیش بینی الگوی ارتباطی دانشجویان با میانجی‌گری کمال‌گرایی

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی نقش  طرح واره ناسازگار، صفات شخصیت در پیش بینی الگوی ارتباطی دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد با میانجی گری کمال گرایی بود.
روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است که داده‌های آن به صورت میدانی جمع‌آوری شد. با توجه به جامعه مورد پژوهش  که شامل 15000نفر دانشجوی در حال تحصیل بود، نمونه‌گیری با استفاده از روش در دسترس و با اقتباس از فرمول کوکران و جدول مورگان 375 نفر تعیین گردید و کلیه شرکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه‌ها را تکمیل کردند.
نتایج: یافته‌ها بیانگر آن بود که طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار هم با الگوی ارتباطی دانشجویان و هم با کمال‌گرایی رابطه معنی داری دارد. هم‌چنین صفات شخصیت نیز با الگوی ارتباطی دانشجویان و هم با کمال‌گرایی رابطه دارد. بعلاوه، کمال‌گرایی، میان طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار و صفات شخصیت با الگوی ارتباطی دانشجویان، میانجی‌گری می‌کند. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار و صفات شخصیت می‌توانند با میانجی‌گری کمال‌گرایی، الگوی ارتباطی دانشجویان را پیش‌بینی کنند( 01/0>p ).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از آن است که مؤلفه‌های روان‌شناختی نظیر: طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار و صفات شخصیت و کمال‌گرایی در پیش‌بینی الگوی ارتباطی دانشجویان مؤثر است. بنابراین با  بهبود محیط اولیه کودک و سبک تربیتی مناسب می‌توان الگوی ارتباطی را بهبود بخشید.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of maladaptive schemas, personality traits in predicting the communication model of Ferdowsi University students in Mashhad through mediation of perfectionism.
Methods: The research method was descriptive correlational which the data were collected in the field. According to the research community, which included 15,000 students, the sampling was determined using the available method, with the Cochran formula and Morgan table 375, and all participants completed questionnaires in this study.
Results: Findings show that maladaptive schemas have a significant relationship with the student's communication model and with perfectionism. In addition, personality traits are related to student communication model and perfectionism. In addition, perfectionism mediates between maladaptive schemas and personality traits with the student's communication model. In the other words, maladaptive schemas and personality traits can predict the communication model of students through the mediation of perfectionism (p <0.01).
Conclusion: It can be concluded that psychological components such as maladaptive schemas and personality traits and perfectionism are effective in predicting student communication model. Therefore, improving the communication model can be improved the child's basic environment and appropriate education.
