مفهوم‌پردازی همپایی فناورانه در صنایع دریایی بخش دفاع

چکیده

توسعه اقتصادی در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه، درگرو توسعه علمی است که از طریق فرآیند همپایی محقق می‌شود. همپایی فرآیندی است که طی آن، ‌یک کشور دیر توسعه‌یافته با کاهش شکاف درآمدی و یا افزایش قابلیت فناورانه، سعی درکاهش فاصله با کشورهای توسعه‌یافته از جنبه­های مختلف، همچون بخش دفاع و سازمان‌های نظامی دارد. در این امتداد، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مفهوم‌پردازی همپایی فناورانه در صنایع دریایی بخش دفاعی می‌باشد. پژوهش از نظر هدف، اکتشافی و نحوه انجام آن کیفی است. داده­ها از  طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان دانشگاهی و به شیوه تحلیل محتوا و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA، احصا شده است. یافته­ها نشان می­دهد در راستای مفهوم همپایی فناورانه، نه عامل اصلی «یادگیری»، «پایه دانش»، «نظام‌ها و شبکه نوآوری»، «رژیم فناورانه»، «رژیم نهادی»، «رژیم بازار»، «تدوین و پیاده‌سازی الگوی بومی توسعه سازوکارهای حمایتی حاکمیت» و «نیروی انسانی» به‌عنوان ابعاد همپایی فناورانه قابل‌توجه هستند.
