FY 1979 plans emphasize the immediate goal of improving and accelerating the existing flow of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) information by defining and setting up management and operating systems to accomplish the goal. Long-term plans emphasize the ultimate goal of fostering the commercialization of EOR processes to help increase U.S. crude oil production. The primary activities of the Technology Transfer Project include project management, technology processing, information collection and dissemination, and industrial liaison management. Details of activities in these programs are given. (JRD)
