Гепатобилиарная сцинтиграфия в предоперационной оценке функции планируемого остатка печени (обзор литературы и собственные примеры)

Аннотация

Резекция печени остается важнейшим этапом комбинированного лечения пациентов с опухолью печени, но она таит в себе риск развития пострезекционной печеночной недостаточности (ППН). Риск развития ППН зависит от качества (функции) и количества (объема) планируемого остатка печени. Поэтому всем пациентам, которым планируется обширная резекция печени, необходимо выполнять предоперационную оценку функции планируемого остатка печени. Гепатобилиарная сцинтиграфия с 99mTc-mebrofenin все чаще используется для количественной оценки функции планируемого остатка печени перед обширными резекциями печени.
