Abstract

A total of 250 1-day old broilers chicken were used in this study till 5 weeks of age. They were weighed then randomly allocated into 5 groups((G1) D, (G2) W, (G3) T, (G4) F, (G5) H) 50 birds in each according to water source, (deep well, superficial well, tap water, filtered water and healthy bottled water), respectively. Weekly, five chicks were randomly collected and weighted (FI, BWT, BWG, and FCR) were estimated. At (1, 7, 15, 25, 35 days) 5 serum samples were examined for the antibody titers of AI (H9) and ND vaccines using HI test. The results of water analysis recorded higher numerical value in superficial well, there are significant differences among groups at (p>0.05) for most of the performance and immune parameters. (G4) and (G5) revealed higher records for BWT, BWG, FCR. The results showed a significant reduction of antibody response against ND and AI vaccines in G2(W) and G1(D). Our study reported that G2(W) recorded the maximum concentration of Iron, lead and manganese in liver, while G1(D) recorded higher level of Cd. The maximum concentrations of (Fe and Pb) concentrations in kidney were in the G1(D) and G2(W), Cd concentration in G2(W) and G3(T) were significantly higher than all other groups, while the minimum concentrations of heavy metal in muscle were recorded in (G4) F and (G5) H with non-significant differences.
