الکشف عن فعالية برنامج علاجي سلوکي لخفض أضطراب فرط  النشاط والحرکة المصحوب بتشتت الانتباه لدى الأطفال ذوى الشلل الدماغى من (7-12) سنة ، وفهم ظاهرة فرط  النشاط والحرکة المصحوب بتشتت الانتباه لدى الأطفال ذوى الشلل الدماغى و تبصير الآباء و المعلمين بأهمية العلاج السلوکى للأطفال ذوى الشلل الدماغى  الذين يعانون من أضطراب فرط النشاط والحرکة المصحوب بتشتت الانتباه ووتکونت عينة البحث فى 20 طفلا: من ذوى الشلل الدماغى المصابون باضطراب فرط  النشاط والحرکة المصحوب بتشتت الانتباه الاطفال المترددين على مرکز علاج وتأهيل  الاطفال ذوى  الاحتياجات الخاصة  سلوکياً ونفسياً التابع للتأمين الصحى بکفر الشيخ، وتمثلث أدوات البحث فى البرنامج العلاجي السلوکي لخفض أضطراب فرط النشاط والحرکة المصحوب بتشتت الانتباه لدى الأطفال ذوى الشلل الدماغى:إعداد الباحث، اختبار نقص الانتباه / مفرط الحرکة  تعريب عبد الرقيب أحمد البحيري(2014) ،أستمارة متابعة سلوک الأطفال من قبل الاباء والامهات، استمارة الطفل لمتابعة السلوک اليومي، الاعتماد على المنهج شيه التجريبي الذى يقوم الاختبار القبلي، والاختبار البعدي، وإجراءات تتبعيه، مع مجموعة واحدة تجريبية تم تطبيق المعالجة عليها من خلال البرنامج العلاجي واسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية فى خفض أضطراب فرط النشاط والحرکة المصحوب بتشتت الانتباه بعد تطبيق البرنامج العلاجى لدى الأطفال ذوى الشلل الدماغى  لصالح المجموعة التجربيية بالاضافة الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية فى خفض أضطراب فرط النشاط والحرکة المصحوب بتشتت الانتباه بعد تطبيق البرنامج العلاجى لدى الأطفال ذوى الشلل الدماغى  لصالح القياس البعدى والتتبعى.

Research title: Effectiveness of a behavioral therapy program to reduce attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children with cerebral palsy ,research objective: Detecting the effectiveness of a behavioral treatment program to reduce attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and movement disorder in children with cerebral palsy (7-12) years old, and understanding the phenomenon of hyperactivity and movement accompanied by distracted attention in children with cerebral palsy and enlightening parents and teachers of the importance of behavioral therapy for children with Cerebral palsy with ADHD . -: The research sample consisted of (20) children with cerebral palsy who suffer from hyperactivity and movement disorder accompanied by distracted attention. Children who hesitated to the treatment and rehabilitation center for children with behavioral and psychological needs of the health insurance in Kafr El Sheikh
The research tools were represented in the behavioral treatment program to reduce attention deficit hyperactivity and movement disorder in children with cerebral palsy: the researcher's preparation, the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Scale: Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Test, Arabization of Abdul Raqeeb Ahmad Al-Beheiri (2014), form for the follow-up of children's behavior by parents, a form for the child to follow up on daily behavior, relying on the experimental method that performs pre-testing, post-testing, and follow-up procedures, with one experimental group on which the treatment was applied through the treatment program.The results of the search reached to :There are statistically significant differences in the reduction of hyperactivity disorder and movement accompanied by distraction of attention after applying the treatment program in children with cerebral palsy in favor of the experimental group.
