أثر الرشاقة التنظيمية على القدرة التنافسية للمنظمة: دراسة تطبيقيه على مصانع المنطقة الصناعية بدمياط الجديدة.

الملخص
استهدف البحث معرفه تأثير الرشاقة التنظيمية على القدرة التنافسية، ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف تم بحث التأثيرات المباشرة لأبعاد الرشاقة التنظيمية (رشاقة الاستشعار، رشاقة اتخاذ القرار، رشاقة التطبيق)، على القدرة التنافسية بأبعادها الثلاثة، (الجودة، التميز، الكفاءة).
وتم اجراء البحث على عينه من 305 من المدراء والمدراء التنفيذيين ومساعديهم ورؤساء الأقسام المعنية ممن يعملون في مصانع المنطقة الصناعية بدمياط الجديدة، وتم تحليل البيانات احصائيا وأشارت نتائج اختبار الانحدار الخطى المتعدد القياسي إلى أن الأبعاد الثلاثة للرشاقة التنظيمية أثرت بشكل إيجابي على القدرة التنافسية للمنظمة.

Abstract
The research aims to define the impact of organizational agility on competitiveness. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher has examined the direct effects of the dimensions of organizational agility (sensing agility, decision-making agility, application agility), on competitiveness with its three dimensions (quality, distinction, and efficiency).
The research was based on a sample of 305 managers, chief executives, along with their assistants, and heads of departments concerned, who work for the factories of the Industrial Zone in New Damietta.
The results of the standard multiple linear regression test indicated that the three dimensions of organizational agility had a positive impact on the organization's competitiveness.
