فتاوى المرأة فى مرکز الأزهر العالمى للفتوى الإلکترونية عرض فتاوى واقعية مختارة Fatwas for women at the al-Azhar Global Centre for Electronic Fatwa. Presenting selected realistic fatwas.

الملخص:
منذ ما يزيد على 1000 عام وللأزهر الشريف دور تاريخى فى خدمة الاسلام والمسلمين . وانطلاقا من هذا الدور الرائد فقد اهتم الأزهر الشريف بقضايا المرأة على مر العصور وخاصة فى العصر الحاضر. لذلک انشأ الأزهر الشريف  فى عام 2016  مرکز الأزهر العالمى للفتوى الإلکترونية  للحد من فوضى انتشار الفتاوى المغلوطة  داخل المجتمع. وکان الهدف الأساسي للمرکز - وما زال - هو تحقيق دور رائد کمرکزعالمى للتميز في مجال الفتوى والبحوث الإسلامية على المستوى المحلي والدولى.  وسُمِى هذا المرکز عالمي لأنه يقدم العديد من الخدمات لجميع المسلمين حول العالم بلغات مختلفة. بالإضافة إلى ذلک ، يتلقى المرکز أسئلة من غير المسلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم وکذلک من المهتمين بالإسلام. وقد اتبع الباحث الدراسة التحليلية  فى دراسة أهم أقسام المرکز وهو قسم فتاوى النساء والذى يعمل به مجموعة من المفتيات المتخصصات فى الشريعة الاسلامية. وقد تم اختيارهن وفق مجموعة من المعايير الصارمة من أهمها المستوى العلمى والتمکن فى دراسة الفقه واجادة اللغات. وقد قام القسم مؤخرًا بتنظيم بعض الحملات الإعلامية الخاصة بقضايا المرأة، منها "وعاشروهن بالمعروف" و "نصيبا مفروضا" و "أمي". ومن أهم نتائج البحث  التى توصلت إليها الدراسة أن أکثر  القضايا  شيوعًا التي يتعامل معها قسم فتاوى النساء هي المشکلات الخاصة بطبيعة المرأة، مثل الحيض والنفاس، واللذان يميزان معظم الأسئلة وکذلک أمور الزواج والطلاق والخطبة ومسائل العلاقات الزوجية وما هو مباح وماهو محرم.
Abstract:
 For more than 1000 years, Al-Azhar has played a historical role in the service of Islam and Muslims. Based on this pioneering role, Al-Azhar Al-Sharif deals with women’s issues over time, especially in today’s age. Therefore, in 2016, Al-Azhar founded the Al-Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa to reduce the chaos of the spread of false fatwas in society. The main objective of the Center was and still achieving a pioneering role as a global center of competence in the field of fatwa and Islam research at local and international level. This center is global because it offers many services to all Muslims around the world in different languages. In addition, the Centre receives questions from non-Muslims all over the world as well as from those interested in Islam. One of the most important departments of the Centre is the Women’s Fatwas Section, where a group of Muftis specializing in Islamic law works. They were selected on the basis of a number of strict criteria, the most important of which are academic level, legal literacy and language proficiency. The department has recently carried out a number of campaigns on women’s issues, including “And deal legally with them (women) ", “A set share” and “My mother.” One of the most important results of the research is that most common issues that the women’s department deals with are Problems that are specific to the nature of women, such as menstruation and
puerperium, which characterize most of the questions.  Matters of marriage, divorce and engagement.  Questions of marital relationships and what is permitted and what is prohibited.
