يتناول هذا البحث الشبکة المتوسطية للأرشيف السمعي والبصري لحوض البحر المتوسط ، بمرحلتيه CAP-MED و MED-MEM حيث کان يشارک في CAP-MED خمسة عشر محطة تلفزيون ومرکز بحث متوسطي ، والتي توفر عروضاً مشترکة من الأرشيف والتراث السمعي والبصري لدول حوض البحر المتوسط والموجودة على الموقع الالکتروني :

في ثلاث لغات هي العربية والانجليزية والفرنسية، ويمکن أثناء البحث استخدام طريقة ربط المواضيع يبعضها أو البحث بالنص الحر.
کما يتناول برنامج ( الذاکرة السمعية البصرية المتوسطية ) med-mem الذي بدأ في عام 2012 وتطور هذا المشروع ليشمل عشرين مشارکا من محطات إذاعة وتلفزيون ومراکز بحث متوسطية تقدّم المؤسسات التربوية والثقافية - من متاحف ومکاتب وجامعات - للعامة .

والذي يضم أکثر من 4000 وثيقة سمعية بصرية في موقع الکتروني يستطيع أن يشکل نافذة للاطلاع على حضارة البحر المتوسط وثقافته بسهولة وباللغات الثلاث (العربية ، الفرنسية ، والانجليزية ) .
ويوفر أرشيف حوض المتوسط السبل الکفيلة للحفاظ على التراث والأرشيف ونقله على وسائط حفظ رقمية حديثة، تمکن من الحصول على المحفوظات الأرشيفية بمجرد الضغط على زر. وهذا يعني الحصول على مجموعة من أفضل المواد الأرشيفية في المنطقة بواسطة استخدام الکمبيوتر..
وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي الذي يتکون من دراسة الوقائع والأحداث والحقائق التاريخية, التي حدثت وظهرت فيما يتعلق بتاريخ وتطورهذا الأرشيف السمعي البصري ، ذلک أن المنهج التاريخي يستند إلى عنصر الزمن المتجه دوما إلى الأمام، دون تکرار أو رجوع إلى الوراء. من خلال الطريقة التاريخية التي تعمل على تحليل وتفسير الحوادث التاريخية, کأساس لفهم المشاکل المعاصرة, والتنبؤ بما سيکون عليه المستقبل وبهذا تمکن الباحث من استنطاق الأحداث التاريخية المتعلقة بأرشيف حوض البحر المتوسط فيما يتعلق بـ کاب ميد أو شکله الجديد ميد ميم ليظهر المشروع کحقيقة واقعة بعد العمل فيه لسنوات .
وکانت أداة البحث استنطاق الأحداث والتطورات والمشکلات والظواهر الإعلامية في بُعدها التاريخي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي في فن التنظيم الصحيح لسلسلة من الأفکار العديدة، إما من أجل الکشف عن حقيقة کانت مجهولة لدينا ، أومن أجل البرهنة على حقيقة لا يعرفها الآخرون وهي حقيقة وجود هذا المشروع الضخم .

This research deals with the Mediterranean Network for TV archive involving fifteen television stations and the Mediterranean Research Center, which provides a common presentation of archives and audiovisual heritage of the countries of the Mediterranean based on the website

In three languages; Arabic, English and French, Initiated by Ina under the auspices of COPEAM (Permanent Conference of the Mediterranean Audiovisual Operators) at the request of the holders of audiovisual archives in the Mediterranean region, “Sharing our Mediterranean Audiovisual Heritage (Med-Mem)” offers the general public some 4000 audiovisual documents from the countries in the Mediterranean area. The TV and radio archives, set into their historic and cultural context, are accompanied by a trilingual documentary note (French, English and Arabic), The archive provides Mediterranean ways to maintain the heritage and archives and move on saving the modern digital media, managed to get the archives archival simply by pressing a button. This means access to a range of the best in the archive in the region by using the computer. The researcher used the historical method, which consists of the study of facts, events and historical events, that have occurred and appeared in the past once and will never be repeated on. The basis of that history is based on the time element vector which is always forward, without repeating or going back. The way in which historical work on the analysis and interpretation of historical events, as a basis for understanding the contemporary problems, and predict what the future will be like.
