تصــور مقــترح لتقــويم مواقــع معالــم المدينــة المنـــــورة على الإنترنت في ضوء المعايير التربوية والفنية

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التوصل قائمة بالمعايير التربوية والفنية التي يجب مراعاته عند تقويم المواقع الإلکترونية، والى معرفة مدى توافر المعايير التربوية والفنية التي يجب مراعاته عند تقويم المواقع الإلکترونية لمعالم المدينة المنورة، کما يهدف إلى معرفة المشکلات والعقبات التي تواجه مصممي المواقع الإلکترونية لمعالم المدينة المنورة، ومن ثم وضع التصور المقترح لتقويم المواقع الإلکترونية لمعالم المدينة المنورة في ضوء المعايير التربوية والفنية التي تم التوصل لها.
واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي في عرض الدراسات، والبحوث، والمشروعات في مجال تقويم المواقع الإلکترونية، وتحليلها واستخلاص المعايير التربوية والفنية لتقويم المواقع الإلکترونية لمعالم المدينة المنورة. واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: قائمة بالمعايير التربوية والفنية لتقويم مواقع معالم المدينة المنورة. وتم اختيار خمسة مواقع متخصصة بمعالم المدينة المنورة، بطريقة عمدية بعد استبعاد جميع مواقع معالم المدينة المنورة المغلقة أو التي تحت التحديث. وخلص البحث - بعد تطبيق الاستمارة على عدد من مواقع معالم المدينة المنورة- إلى توافر المعايير التربوية بنسبة تقل عن 20٪ وأن نسبة کبيرة من المعايير التربوية غير متوافرة في مواقع معالم المدينة المنورة المختارة على الإنترنت وفي ضوء هذه النسبة  يمکن الحکم بضعف هذه المواقع من الناحية التربوية. وکانت نسبة توافر المعايير الفنية في هذه المواقع  أکثر من 60٪ ، وفي ضوء هذه النسبة يمکن الحکم بأن المواقع مقبولة من الناحية الفنية.
وبذلک انتهى البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات ومن أهمها؛ التوصية بالاستفادة من الاستمارة النقدية التي تم بناؤها في البحث الحالية وتشمل المعايير التربوية والفنية عند تصميم مواقع معالم المدينة المنورة على الإنترنت، وضرورة تخصيص جهة رسمية للرقابة على تصميم مواقع معالم المدينة المنورة على الإنترنت للتأکد من مطابقتها للجوانب العلمية والتربوية والفنية والتاريخية، والتوصية بإنشاء موقع رسمي يتبع لهيئة السياحة والآثار بالمدينة المنورة وفق المعايير التربوية والفنية المقترحة في البحث الحالية بحيث يکون موقعا رسميا ومرجعا لکل زوار المدينة المنورة. کما تم اقتراح دراسات أخرى تقوم على تصميم موقع لمعالم المدينة المنورة في ضوء المعايير التربوية والفنية الصحيحة. والتعرف على اتجاهات زوار موقع المدينة المنورة المقترح واستفادتهم ومعرفتهم بمعالم المدينة المنورة من خلاله.
