رکعتا الطواف (دراسة فقهية)

الملخص
من سنة النبي r المشهورة صلاة رکعتين بعد الطواف، وهاتان الرکعتان يُشتبه حکمها، فلم يزل يُسأل عنهما، وعن تأثيرهما في الطواف بله العمرة أو الحج، فجمعت بحثاً يبين أحکامهما الفقهية، من خلال التالي: المقدمة: ثم المبحث الأول: مشروعية رکعتي الطواف، وماذا يقرأ فيهما، وحکمهما التکليفي. يليه المبحث الثاني: زمان ومکان صلاة الرکعتين. ثم المبحث الثالث: الأحکام المتعلقة بترک رکعتي الطواف وقضائهما. فالخاتمة: ومن أهم نتائجها: تبين رجحان القول بالاستحباب، وتبين أن الراجح أنه المکتوبة تجزئ عن رکعتي الطواف، وإذا ما طاف الإنسان في أوقات النهي يصلي الرکعتين، فيجوز صلاتهما وتبين مشروعية قضاؤهما للتارک والناسي ولو خرج من الحرم أو رجع إلى بلاده، وتقضي الحائض رکعتي الطواف دون سائر الصلوات، وترجح جواز جمع الأسابيع بغير کراهة، وجواز إدراج نية رکعتي الطواف مع نية السنة الراتبة، ولا يجوز اقتداء مصلي رکعتي الطواف بمثله؛ والاعتداد بهما في عدد رکعات التراويح، وجواز صلاة الطائف بالتيمم لهما بتيممه، وتقديم فعلهما على رکعتي الفجر، في جملة أحکام منثورة تتعلق بهما.
