عناية القرآن الکريم بذوي الهمم (دراسة موضوعية)

فلقد کفل القرآن الکريم لذوي الإعاقة حقوقهم کاملة غير منقوصة في الحياة, وشرع لذلک شرائع لبيان هذه الحقوق التي تنوعت بين حقوق اقتصادية وأخرى اجتماعية وثقافية؛ فالمعوق في ظلّ هذه الشريعة يتمتع بحقوقه وامتيازاته، وکذلک يکلَّف بما هو في مقدوره، کي لا ينعزل عن المجتمع ولا يبتعد عن الغرض الذي خلق من أجله الذي هو العبودية لله تعالى.
وتهدف الدراسة إلى الکشف عن مفهوم ذوي الإعاقة والألفاظ ذات الصلة بالمعاقين في القرآن الکريم, وبيان معالجة القرآن الکريم للإعاقة, وذلک من خلال التدابير الوقائية للإعاقة, وتوضيح الأحکام الفقهية الخاصة بذوي الإعاقة, واستثناء الشريعة الإسلامية لهم في بعض الأحکام الفقهية .
واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي, وذلک من خلال تتبع الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية والنصوص المتعلقة بموضوع البحث من مصادرها الأصلية, ثم جمع ذلک بعد الاستقراء, ومن ثم القيام بتحليل تلک النصوص في ضوء الدراسة, ودراستها دراسة موضوعية.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى تضمن القرآن الکريم جملة نصوص آمرة وداعية إلى توفير الرعاية والعناية والتسهيلات لذوي الإعاقة على وجه التخصيص بالإضافة إلى النصوص العامة التي يتساوى فيها ذوو الإعاقة مع سائر الناس, کما حرصت آيات القرآن الکريم على الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي لأصحاب الإعاقات المختلفة، من خلال دمجهم مع أبناء المجتمع وحثهم على التفاعل الاجتماعي والمشارکة الاجتماعية وتناول الطعام جميعاً أو أشتاتاً .
The Holy Qur’an guarantees people with disabilities their full and undiminished rights in life, and for this reason, it has enacted laws to clarify these rights, which varied between economic rights, social and cultural rights; The disabled person under this Sharia enjoys his rights and privileges, as well as he is charged with what is within his capacity, so that he is not isolated from society and does not stray from the purpose for which he was created, which is servitude to God Almighty.
The study aims to reveal the concept of people with disabilities and the related words for people with disabilities in the Holy Qur’an, and to clarify the Holy Qur’an’s treatment of disability, through preventive measures for disability, and to clarify the jurisprudence provisions for people with disabilities, and the exception of Islamic Sharia to them in some jurisprudence provisions.
The study followed the inductive-analytical approach, by tracing the Qur’anic verses, Prophetic hadiths and texts related to the subject of the research from their original sources, and then collecting that after induction, and then analyzing those texts in the light of the study, and studying them objectively.
The study concluded that the Holy Qur’an included a number of commanding texts calling for the provision of care, care and facilities for people with disabilities in particular, in addition to the general texts in which people with disabilities are equal with other people. The members of the community and urging them to social interaction, social participation, and eating all together or in dispersal.
