A Study of Some Variables Affecting the Behavioral Changes of Entrepreneurship Projects in Qalyubia Governorate

This research aimed mainly at identifying some of the variables affecting the behavioral changes of entrepreneurial projects in Qalyubia Governorate, by identifying the personal, social, psychological and communication variables characteristic of the researched entrepreneurs, as well as identifying the components of behavior among entrepreneurs related to entrepreneurship projects, Finally, determining the correlation between the three components of behavior and the independent variables affecting behavior. The data was collected during the last quarter of 2022 through a personal interview questionnaire based on the focus group method for a sample of entrepreneurs, consisting of 72 respondents in Qalyubia Governorate.
After quantitative processing of the data, the tabular presentation, frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of agreement were relied upon to find the correlation between the studied variables because most of the variables were descriptive and not subject to normal distribution.
The important results indicated:
- The majority of the respondents had a sufficiently large amount of knowledge about entrepreneurship projects.
- The vast majority of the respondents had medium to high practices.
- More than two-thirds of the respondents had neutral or pro-entrepreneurs towards entrepreneurial projects.
- The degree of knowledge had a significant correlation with each of: social status, type of occupation, educational level, age, and destination for receiving training.
- The practices degree had a significant correlation with each of: social status, type of profession, educational level, standard of living, age, and destination for receiving training.
