Abstract

This study is based on the impact of culture on creativity in the context of Pakistan and the main purpose of this study is to establish a frame work between Pakistani culture and its impact on creativity in term of societal/economical development. Basically Culture represents the "knowledge, talent, and values" and creativity represents "innovation and advancement". Culture based creativity has three main components artistic skills, lateral thinking skills, and a conducive environment. People use their mind’s ability to generate new resources, and by sharing new ideas and thoughts they can create vision and creative working environment. So I found that through art and culture people can bring innovation and changes and it leads to the ways of success. Creativity is very important in every field of life like in entrepreneurship, travel and tourism, in education, corporate social responsibility and even in sales and marketing. We need to develop such flexible organization’s structure in which creativity and change can easily be implemented.
