How UNDP strategically positions itself to add value is assessed based on the relevance of its strategies and approaches to addressing key developmental challenges in Côte d’Ivoire and its ability to adapt to changes and to outside factors, including those related to a crisis situation. In addition, this chapter will assess whether and how UNDP has benefited from its institutional strong points at the national level. How UNDP strategically positions itself to add value is assessed based on the relevance of its strategies and approaches to addressing key developmental challenges in Côte d’Ivoire and its ability to adapt to changes and to outside factors, including those related to a crisis situation.
