Abstract

The article is devoted to development of models and methods of diagnostics and forecasting the operating conditions of electrical, electronic and radio-engineering systems. The application of diagnostics and forecasting of operating conditions at early stage will allow detecting an appeared defect, controlling its further expansion and forecasting the moment of failure. In the present measurement of parameters of electric harmonic oscillations is based on use of a method of direct measurement (the direct report or a direct assessment) for analog measuring devices and application of various operations of digital coding for digital measuring devices. These methods and diagnostic devices don't answer fully a modern level of development electro - and radio engineering systems as with increase in frequency of the measured fluctuation the accuracy of measurement falls.

Keywords: amplitude of harmonic oscillations; integrator; differentiator; amplitude-modulated oscillation.
