Профилактика сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний на протяжении жизни. Часть 1: преконцепционный, пренатальный и грудной периоды

Аннотация

Известные на данный момент профилактические вмешательства позволяют предотвратить или значимо отсрочить бóльшую часть сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ). Разнообразные факторы – внутренние биологические, психологические, влияние внешней окружающей среды – взаимосвязаны между собой и воздействуют на человека на протяжении всей его жизни, определяя вероятность развития ССЗ.  Это свидетельствует о необходимости профилактических мер на всех жизненных этапах и даже  до рождения. Положительные эффекты профилактики реализуются посредством различных молекулярных механизмов на генетическом, эпигенетическом и метаболическом уровнях. В связи с тем, что многие факторы риска ССЗ имеют накопительный эффект, внедрение превентивных мер, начиная с самых ранних этапов развития человека, будет иметь наибольшую эффективность. В статье рассмотрены различные аспекты профилактики ССЗ в преконцепционном, пренатальном и грудном периодах.
