Abstract
The article analyses the correlation of argumentation schemes, evaluation and normes of meta-communicative communication in parliamentary debates. On the basis of selected discussions of the Czech Poslanecká sněmovna is to develop a typology of meta-communicative normes. Speakers refer on these normes in trying to comment (to criticize) the opinion of political opponents with the objective to persuade the (non present) voting public. In addition to discourse-specific institutional rules there are normes of argumentation to play a decisive role in persuasion of the addressee(s). Furthermore speakers refer to rules of social behaviour, such as asking for correct comportment (listening, let the speaker finish etc.).
