[Aryl(phenyl)selenoketon]pentacarbonyl-Komplexe von Chrom und Wolfram / [Aryl(phenyl)selenoketone]pentacarbonyl Complexes of Chromium and Tungsten

Abstract

[Aryl(phenyl)carbene]pentacarbonyl complexes of chromium and tungsten, (CO)5M[C(p-C6H4R)Ph] (M = Cr, R = H and M = W, R = NMe2, OMe, Me, H, Br, CF3) react with phenylisoselenocyanate or potassium selenocyanate inserting selenium into the metal-carbene bond to give the first η1 -bonded bisarylselenoketone(carbonyl) complexes, (CO)5M[Se = C(p-C6H4R)Ph]. The compounds were characterized by analytical and spectroscopic means.
