Abstract: 图书馆品牌服务可提升图书馆的美誉度和影响力。广东省立中山图书馆牵头建立的全国图书馆参考咨询联盟是行业内外知名的图书馆品牌服务。通过梳理全国图书馆参考咨询联盟的发展历程,总结该品牌服务的经验与教训,提出完善图书馆品牌服务应推进新技术应用、充分满足读者需求、遵循法律法规、与社会力量合作、尊重合作方意愿、设置激励机制、顺应形势变化、挖掘新功能、拓宽服务内容、重视社会效益等,从而促进服务品牌的健康可持续发展。
