Abstract

We report a single-laser time-resolved Fourier transform implementation of coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering microscopy that provides high resolution spectrallyresolved images. We also demonstrate coherent-control-based two-photon fluorescence microscopy for selective fluorescence excitation in live organisms.
