ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 136th Annual General Meeting was held on 17 June 2017 at the Badan Warisan Malaysia, 2 Jalan Stonor, Kuala Lumpur. Tengku Mohd. Bin Tengku Abdul Hamid, Vice-President of the Society, presided at the meeting and 19 members of the Society were present and 9 proxies.

a. Talk by Tunku Zain Al-‘Abidin ibni Tuanku Muhriz entitled “Founded Upon the Principles of Liberty and Justice: The Development of the Democratic Mindset in Malaysia”, at the Badan Warisan Malaysia on 19 February 2017.

b. Talk by Raimy Ché-Ross entitled “Turun Takhta Buang Negeri”: The Exile of Tengku Musaeddin (1893-1955), Tengku Kelana Jaya Petra & Sultan Selangor Darul ehsan VII (1942-1945) to the Cocos & Keeling Islands (1945-1946)” at Badan Warisan Malaysia on 25 March 2017.
