ICU患者肠内营养致腹泻的原因分析及护理

Abstract: 目的分析ICU患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的原因,探讨相应的护理干预措施。方法回顾性分析本院ICU 2012-07—2013-07行肠内营养的患者使用肠内营养液的量、速度,以及患者低蛋白血症、是否应用广谱抗生素的情况。将数据进行统计学分析,找出肠内营养并发腹泻的原因,提出有效的护理干预措施。结果肠内营养相关性腹泻的发生与营养液供给的量和速度、患者并发低蛋白血症以及药物的使用等有关。结论对于危重患者在行肠内营养时,应根据不同的腹泻原因给予相应的护理措施,由此可减少腹泻的发生。
