On the Origin and Development of Anthropology of Education in GermanyChinese Full Text

Abstract: In the history of the disciplinary development of Educational Anthropology in Germany,Lebensphilosophie, Geisteswissenschaften, Phenomenology and Philosophical Anthropology exerted tremendous influences,while philosophers like Kant,Dilthey and Bollnow played key roles. Germany’s Anthropology of Education inherited the spirit of Geisteswissenschaftliche Pa··dagogik that originated in the early 20 th century,eventually became one of its branches, and peaked in the 1970 s, exerting great influence on educational research in Russia, the Netherlands, Canada and other countries.
