ABSTRACT
Characterization of MultiQuantum Well (MQW) structures AlGaAs/GaAs, grown by MBE, has been carried out by High Resolution Electron Microscopy and Reflection Electron Microscopy. We present here some results demonstrating the usefulness of these techniques in terms of information and time investment.
