ABSTRACT

Project Management Offices (PMOs) are a novel organizational form to leverage project management performance [12] and the PMO roles are defined as [8]: serving, controlling and partnering. This paper applies the concepts of PMO in presenting an e-Government management conceptual framework to Cameroon or other developing countries with similar administrative structure.
