Abstract
Ion-exchange resins modified with hexacyanoferrates were suggested as a material for charging filters for the treatment of water from spent nuclear fuel (SNF) storage basins. Modification of ion-exchange resins in the filter increases the degree of removal of 137Cs radionuclides by a factor of more than 10, with high performance with respect to strontium radionuclides preserved.
