Abstract
Equations of the Bloch-Hasegawa type are derived in the case of anisotropic exchange interaction between the subsystems of the magnetic moments of paramagnetic impurities and conduction electrons under conditions of their collective motion. Expressions describing the effective linewidth of electron paramagnetic resonance and the effective g factor are obtained.
