Abstract

The charge asymmetry of W bosons produced in pp¯ collisions at s=1.96TeV is sensitive to the ratio of d and u quark distributions in the range of x>0.002 at Q2MW2. We propose an analysis technique to directly measure W production charge asymmetry from Weν events at the Tevatron and show the feasibility for this method using Monte Carlo simulations.
