Abstract

The new particles J(3.1) and ψ(3.7) are interpreted as colored ω and φ mesons, respectively. By relating the radiative decay J(3.1)ηγ to 2γ decays of the color singlet mesons π0, η, X0, we find that the radiative decay J(3.1)ηγ is suppressed (in contrast to simple expectations from ωπ0γ). Via "strong new duality" we predict the recurrences J(4.18±0.08), J(5.03±0.13),  and ψ(4.63±0.08), ψ(5.41±0.13), .
