Abstract
We have systematically studied by ESR. For hole concentration , the ground state most probably contains triplet hole pairs. For , excitations of the anisotropic quantum spin fluid (AQSF) (with rather long-range dynamic order) are observed for K. The AQSF freezes into an anisotropic quantum spin glass at K (where phonon anomalies also occur), implying spin-phonon and competing spin-spin interactions are important. Below , two spin-wave-like resonances are observed, suggesting local symmetry breaking of the third spin degree of freedom.
