Application of group theory to the "triplet" superconducting states in metals is discussed with special attention to the explanation of experimental phenomena on "heavy-electron" superconductors. It is shown that naive extrapolation from the case of${}_{}{}^3{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{He}$ is not justifiable.
