Abstract

A gas selection valve suitable for use with highly adsorptive gases has been designed for studies of gas effects on semiconductor gas sensors. It can provide step changes in gas concentrations at very low levels (<1 PPM) and is suitable for use in automated experiments involving up to four different gases or gas mixtures.
