Abstract

The scaling in the polarization axes of Figures 10(a), (b), (c) should be corrected to read as:

Figure 10(a): 0 to 20 μC cm-2 instead of 0 to 10 μC cm-2.

Figure 10(b): 0 to 16 μC cm-2 instead of 0 to 8 μC cm-2.

Figure 10(c): 0 to 20 μC cm-2 instead of 0 to 10 μC cm-2.

All other conclusions and further results are not influenced by this correction.
