Background

Nodular gray matter heterotopias are clusters of ectopic neurons that failed to migrate from the embryonic ventricular zone to the developing cerebral cortex [1] [4] [6]. Rarely, optic disc anomalies have been described in association with this cerebral pathology [2] [3].
