Preparation of organic–inorganic hybrid Fe–MoOx/polyaniline nanorods as efficient catalysts for alkene epoxidation

Abstract

Novel Fe–MoOx/polyaniline nanorods were fabricated via in situpolymerization of Mo3O10(C6H5NH3)2·2H2O nanowires, in which interface reactions remarkably influenced the morphology of products; and the nanorods showed high performance in cyclooctene epoxidation due to the organic–inorganic hybrid structure and Fe3+ additive.
