Small molecule-triggered assembly of DNA nanoarchitectures

Abstract

The utilization of toehold-containing DNA strands allows for the assembly of complex nanostructuresvia kinetically driven hybridization reactions. Here, we have rendered this strategy ligand-dependent, resulting in small-molecule-inducible DNA nanoarchitectures.
