Histopathologische und radiologische Korrelationen
Abstract
Zusammenfassung. Die interstitiellen Pneumonien stellen eine Gruppe von Lungenerkrankungen mit teils ähnlicher oder überlappender klinischer, radiologischer und pathologischer Präsentation dar. Da die klinischen Manifestationen oft ähnlich sind, kommt im diagnostischen Prozess der Pathologie und Radiologie sowie deren Korrelation eine wichtige Rolle zu. In der Diagnosefindung ist die multidisziplinäre Diskussion entscheidend. Diese wird auch in der aktuellen Klassifikation der idiopathischen interstitiellen Pneumonien 2002/2013 als diagnostischer Goldstandard aufgeführt. In der folgenden Übersicht werden die typischen radiologischen und histopathologischen Befunde der häufigen (idiopathischen) interstitiellen Pneumonien kurz erläutert und illustriert.
Abstract. Interstitial pneumonias comprise a group of lung diseases with overlapping clinical, radiological and pathological presentations. Because of the frequently non-discriminating clinical manifestation, correlation between radiology and pathology plays an important role. Multidisciplinary discussion is of utmost importance for establishing a valid diagnosis, and is considered a gold standard in the current 2002/2013 classification of idiopathic interstitial pneumonias. In the present work, we concisely review and illustrate the typical radiological and pathological pictures diagnostic for the most common (idiopathic) interstitial pneumonias.
