Abstract
The system of spurs (radio loops I-IV) is organically inscribed in the ecliptic coordinate system (ECS). It defines one of the equators of the triaxial Local System (S). The Gould, Vaucouleurs-Dolidze, and other Belts in the role of meridians are orthogonal to S. The axis of another equator coincides with the equinoctial line. The ECS connects the structures and kinematics of three hierarchical levels: the solar system, the Local System, and the Galaxy.
