The affiliations of Kirk C. Allison and Marije Brouwer were incorrect in the original online version of contributors section of the July 2018 issue of Cambridge Quarterly of Healthcare Ethics. Footnote 1 The correct affiliations are as follows:

Kirk C. Allison, Ph.D., is a member of the Graduate Faculty in the Division of Health Policy and Management at the University of Minnesota and a faculty member in Health Humanities at the College of Saint Scholastica, USA.

Marije Brouwer, M.A., is a Ph.D. student in Pediatric Ethics, in the Department of Pediatrics at the University Medical Center Groningen, Groningen, The Netherlands.

The affiliations have been corrected in the online version.
