Highlights

  • Lymphocytosis in gain of function (GOF) CARD11 mutation is not always detectable at early age.

  • Lymphocytosis diminishes towards adulthood.

  • Lack of NKT cells may play a role in Epstein Barr viremia in GOF CARD11 mutation.

  • TCRαβ+CD4CD8 double negative T cells are elevated in GOF CARD11 mutation.
