Predicting pregnancy from in vitro platforms is particularly interesting within IVP embryos, which typically show lower pregnancy rates –mainly after cryopreservation-, higher gestational losses in the early pregnancy and in the late fetal and perinatal periods, and more cases of morbidity and dystocia than in vivo produced embryos [14,34–38]. In this study, we analyzed the performance of a new system of embryo culture combined with F/T under chemically defined conditions for IVP embryos.
