Apart from that, a wide array of medicinal applications of Triphala formulations have been reported [6–8] of which the research work relevant to Triphala mashi has been discussed. Triphala powder contains gallic acid, methyl gallate, chebulagic acid, chebulinic acid, chebulanin acid, chebulic acid, corilagin, bellericanin, beta-sitosterol, syringic acid, luteolin, rutin, rhamnose, kaempferol, gluconins, ellagic acid, phyllembic acid, quercetin, phyllantidine, sorbitol, and ascorbic acid [9].
