An improved HAdV-41 E1B55K-expressing 293 cell line for packaging fastidious adenovirus
2011, Journal of Virological MethodsCitation Excerpt :The genome of HAdV-41 isolate NIVD103 has been sequenced except the left terminal part (GenBank accession no. HM565136). Therefore, the start sequence of TPL could be figured out by aligning HAdV-41 genome with the known TPL of Ad2 or Ad7 (Mason et al., 1990; Zhang et al., 1989). Due to unavailable information of the 3′ terminal of HAdV-41 TPL, RT-PCR was performed firstly to amplify partial 5′ terminal sequence of L1 52K mRNA, in which the complete TPL of HAdV-41 was included.
